5. Return & Exchange Policy

Customers can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
Returns are only accepted for:
- Damaged items
- Wrong items received

Important:

Tags must be attached and not removed.
Used or damaged products by customer are not eligible for return.
We do not guarantee size issues or fitting preferences.
Sale items and perfumes are non-returnable.
