3-Day Return Policy

Customers can request a return within 3 days after receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • Original tags must be attached and not removed
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

Damage & Wrong Item Guarantee

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is any issue.

Size Disclaimer

We do not guarantee size issues such as:

  • Size too small
  • Size too large
  • Fit preferences

Please check product details carefully before ordering.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Perfumes or used beauty products
  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged items by customer
  • Products with removed or broken tags

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
